Life Lately

What I'm Reading:
Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf. It is one of the books we are studying this year in my AP English Literature class. Now, I'm not going to say that this book is easy. To be honest, I procrastinated the heck out of reading this book. It's written in the form of the stream of consciousness, so anything that pops into a person's head is written in the book. There are NO chapters. None. Talk about hard to follow. Oh, and the entire book takes place in one day.
Now despite all of this, it's actually a very interesting and well-written book. Once I forced myself to stop trying to analyze it my first time reading and just powered through it, I was absolutely captivated my the poetic language and storyline. It's definitely worth a read, even if you only read it once to say you did it.

Excited For:
On Monday, I get to go and see Les Misérables with the french classes at my school. I'm especially excited because the choir is performing Les Mis for our show in the Spring. Speaking of the choir, wasn't there something coming up? Something kind of important? Oh, yeah...
ONLY 6 DAYS UNTIL WE LEAVE FOR WASHINGTON D.C. FOR 4 DAYS!!!!! I am so beyond excited for this trip. Not only will we have a chance to see the Presidential Inauguration (with Beyoncé and Kelly Clarkson performing there LIVE!), tour D.C., and perform in a competition, but we get to go to a banquet with the rest of the choirs that are competing! I'm already almost completely packed for the trip.

Watching:
Doctor Who. Nobody hold this against me, or I will get in my Tardis and find someone who understands me.

Thinking About:
Trying to find ways to eat healthier. I've been getting extremely exhausted, and my skin has been breaking out a little bit. I think that drinking more water and eating healthier will help with both of these problems. I've also been thinking (maybe studying is a better word for it) a lot about my photography and how I can improve. I'm keeping my eye out for professional workshops in my area and will definitely be making any investment that I can afford to take these classes.

Some Things I Really Like:

Hopefully I will have more to post on later today or tomorrow.
